During one performance, Ralph Woodcock slightly altered one of his lines. In the heat of the moment, instead of "Where's my freakin' dressing room?", Ralph said "Where's my $#@&ing dressing room?". Luckily, neither the author nor any church elders were in the audience at the time.
The sword fighting scenes were choregraphed by Dave O'Donnell, the coach of the McMaster University fencing team.
This was the first play that retractable backdrops were used at TAP. They were subsequently used for Self Help.
A unique program cover was created for the play. The
Private Lives program that was signed onstage by George and Charlotte Hay was designed to look exactly like the program handed out for
