Ilene Elkaim won Best Supporting Actress from the Western Ontario Drama League for her portrayal of Lulu LaRoche.
Sandy Owen was two months pregnant when the play opened. She had begun to show by the end of the run.
On opening night, Scott Broe kissed Nicki Leighton at the ending of the seduction scene so hard that he cut her lip. On the closing night, Nicki gave handmade cards to the cast and crew from "Split Lip Productions".
The "works of art" that Cornelia Thorndike collected and that were displayed on stage were all done by the director.
Scott Broe stitched the fly portion of his Happy Face underwear to prevent certain parts of his anatomy from making an appearance on stage. Luckily, the stitches held for the run of the play.
